āSomeone with ten qualities is placed in hell as if delivered there. āDasahi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannÄgato yathÄbhataį¹ nikkhitto evaį¹ niraye. What ten? Katamehi dasahi? Itās when a certain person kills living creatures. Theyāre violent, bloody-handed, a hardened killer, merciless to living beings.
