The Growth of Wisdom Paññāvuddhisutta
“Mendicants, these four things lead to the growth of wisdom. “Cattārome, bhikkhave, dhammā paññāvuddhiyā saṁvattanti. What four? Katame cattāro? Associating with true persons, listening to the true teaching, rational application of mind, and practicing in line with the teaching. Sappurisasaṁsevo, saddhammasavanaṁ, yonisomanasikāro, dhammānudhammappaṭipatti—These four things lead to the growth of wisdom.” Ime kho, bhikkhave, cattāro dhammā paññāvuddhiyā saṁvattantī”ti.
Chaṭṭhaṁ.
