Catching (1st) Paį¹­hamabandhanasutta

ā€œMendicants, a woman catches a man using eight features. ā€œAį¹­į¹­hahi, bhikkhave, ākārehi itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati. What eight? Katamehi aį¹­į¹­hahi? With weeping, Ruṇṇena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; laughing, hasitena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; speaking, bhaṇitena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; appearance, ākappena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; gifts of wildflowers, vanabhaį¹…gena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; scents, gandhena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; tastes, rasena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati; and touches. phassena, bhikkhave, itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati. A woman catches a man using these eight features. Imehi kho, bhikkhave, aį¹­į¹­hahākārehi itthÄ« purisaṁ bandhati. But those beings who are caught by touch are well and truly caught.ā€ Te, bhikkhave, sattā subaddhā, ye phassena baddhÄā€ti.
