“Mendicants, a woman catches a man using eight features. “Aṭṭhahi, bhikkhave, ākārehi itthī purisaṁ bandhati. What eight? Katamehi aṭṭhahi? With weeping, Ruṇṇena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; laughing, hasitena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; speaking, bhaṇitena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; appearance, ākappena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; gifts of wildflowers, vanabhaṅgena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; scents, gandhena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; tastes, rasena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati; and touches. phassena, bhikkhave, itthī purisaṁ bandhati. A woman catches a man using these eight features. Imehi kho, bhikkhave, aṭṭhahākārehi itthī purisaṁ bandhati. But those beings who are caught by touch are well and truly caught.” Te, bhikkhave, sattā subaddhā, ye phassena baddhā”ti.
