The hounds raised in the royal family, “Ye kukkurā rājakulamhi vaddhā, pedigreed, handsome and strong, Koleyyakā vaṇṇabalūpapannā; are not slaughtered, we are slaughtered—Teme na vajjhā mayamasma vajjhā, this is not the dogs deserving death,
this is the killing of the weak.
Nāyaṁ saghaccā dubbalaghātikāyan”ti.
