The originations of each offense 1.5 Samuṭṭhānavāra

When it comes to the offenses for having sexual intercourse, through how many of the six kinds of originations of offenses do they originate? Methunaṁ dhammaṁ paṭisevantassa āpattiyo channaṁ āpattisamuṭṭhānānaṁ katihi samuṭṭhānehi samuṭṭhanti? They originate in one way: Methunaṁ dhammaṁ paṭisevantassa āpattiyo channaṁ āpattisamuṭṭhānānaṁ ekena samuṭṭhānena samuṭṭhanti—from body and mind, not from speech. … kāyato ca cittato ca samuṭṭhanti, na vācato …pe….

When it comes to the offense for, out of disrespect, defecating, urinating, or spitting in water, through how many of the six kinds of originations of offenses does it originate? Anādariyaṁ paṭicca udake uccāraṁ vā passāvaṁ vā kheḷaṁ vā karontassa āpatti channaṁ āpattisamuṭṭhānānaṁ katihi samuṭṭhānehi samuṭṭhāti? It originates in one way: Anādariyaṁ paṭicca udake uccāraṁ vā passāvaṁ vā kheḷaṁ vā karontassa āpatti channaṁ āpattisamuṭṭhānānaṁ ekena samuṭṭhānena samuṭṭhāti—from body and mind, not from speech. kāyato ca cittato ca samuṭṭhāti, na vācato.
