A Man Purisasutta

ā€œMendicants, when a man has five factors he is extremely undesirable to a lady. ā€œPaƱcahi, bhikkhave, aį¹…gehi samannāgato puriso ekantaamanāpo hoti mātugāmassa. What five? Katamehi paƱcahi? He’s not attractive, wealthy, or ethical; he’s idle, and he doesn’t beget children. Na ca rÅ«pavā hoti, na ca bhogavā hoti, na ca sÄ«lavā hoti, alaso ca hoti, pajaƱcassa na labhati—When a man has these five factors he is extremely undesirable to a lady. imehi kho, bhikkhave, paƱcahi aį¹…gehi samannāgato puriso ekantaamanāpo hoti mātugāmassa.

When a man has five factors he is extremely desirable to a lady. PaƱcahi, bhikkhave, aį¹…gehi samannāgato puriso ekantamanāpo hoti mātugāmassa. What five? Katamehi paƱcahi? He’s attractive, wealthy, and ethical; he’s deft and tireless, and he begets children. RÅ«pavā ca hoti, bhogavā ca hoti, sÄ«lavā ca hoti, dakkho ca hoti analaso, pajaƱcassa labhati—When a man has these five factors he is extremely desirable to a lady.ā€ imehi kho, bhikkhave, paƱcahi aį¹…gehi samannāgato puriso ekantamanāpo hoti mātugāmassÄā€ti.
