āThere are these two kinds of welcome. āDveme, bhikkhave, santhÄrÄ. What two? Katame dve? Welcome in things of the flesh and welcome in the teaching. ÄmisasanthÄro ca dhammasanthÄro ca. These are the two kinds of welcome. Ime kho, bhikkhave, dve santhÄrÄ. The better of these two kinds of welcome is the welcome in the teaching.ā Etadaggaį¹, bhikkhave, imesaį¹ dvinnaį¹ santhÄrÄnaį¹ yadidaį¹ dhammasanthÄroāti.

These are the two kinds of growth. ImÄ kho, bhikkhave, dve vuddhiyo.
